We put our employees and ourselves through an extensive process before sending our security guards out into the field. Our evaluation of the employees starts from the moment they enter our building. We begin by looking through their qualifications. Because we believe that the more highly qualified a candidate is, the better they will understand the seriousness of what we do and retain the security training. We run intense background checks on them before we hire them and ingrain within them our values and what our clients are expecting from our services.
Security Guards are put through various tests to gauge whether they are fit for the job and thus our client. We then put them through thorough training where they learn how to detect danger and how to manage a challenging situation, communicate to the proper authority for assistance, and draw up reports. Since we offer a vast array of services, we use the tests and training sessions to pick who would be the right person for which task. We make sure to hire men and women who have had experience in these fields over the years. For example, we prefer to hire people who have worked as firefighters when taking a fire watch security guard on board.
